AmeriCorps Program Manager

The AmeriCorps Program Manager works under the supervision of the AmeriCorps Program Director. The Program Manager is responsible for the recruitment, selection, training, development, and general support for all NYC AmeriCorps Members. The Program Manager leads and/or coordinates a variety of trainings related to member's duties including: event planning, project management, youth leadership, vehicle safety, first aid, conflict resolution, and career development. The Program Manager is responsible for all AmeriCorps paperwork including grant writing, monitoring and reporting as well as maintenance of all member personnel files. All AmeriCorps paperwork requires specific protocols and timetables. The Manager works with other NYC staff to provide technical and logistical support, quality control, safety, motivation and program documentation for NYC's AmeriCorps programs and individual members.
