Residential Program Positions

Staff and paricipants of NYC's residential programs live and work outdoors in some of the most beautiful and rugged natural areas of the Pacific Northwest.

Crew Leader and Assistant Crew Leader

As a Crew Leader or Assistant Crew Leader, you will lead a teen-age crew in one of our many conservation projects scattered across the Northwest. You will grow, learn and laugh along with your crew; build solid muscles and lasting friendships.

NYC is currently hiring to fill positions in our spring, summer and fall programs. We also offer a six week leadership training program for young adults interested in gaining the skills necessary to lead an NYC crew. Apply today or answer your questions by visiting our FAQ!
